This well bred 2YO is an exciting prospect sired by Saxon Warrior.
Saxon Warrior is a Japanese-bred stallion. As a two-year-old he was one of the best colts of his generation in Europe, winning all three of his races including the Group 2 Beresford Stakes and Group 1 Racing Post Trophy.
The following season he won the 2000 Guineas before finishing fourth when odds-on favourite for the 2018 Epsom Derby and placing in other Group 1 features the Irish Champion Stakes, Eclipse Stakes and Irish Derby.
Saxon Warrior is a sire of no less than 15 stakes winners, including Victoria Road, the winner of the Gr1 Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf .
This colt’s dam Purrpussful, by Purrealist, won 5 races and notably finished 5th in the Gr2 Angus Armanasco Stakes.
He is a full brother to impressive winner King of Wessex who is multiple city-placed and also a half-brother to lightly-raced dual winner Normandy Lass.
